Rob began his career in audit and corporate finance, building a strong foundation across a wide range of financial disciplines. He later moved into venture backed startups, where he developed a passion for supporting ambitious founders and high growth businesses.

At the age of 29, an unexpected message from a former client led Rob into the role of finance director at a national asbestos remediation company, overseeing multiple regional offices and more than 100 employees.

Drawing on over a decade of experience across accounting, finance and technology, Rob founded lupto to provide founders and growing businesses with the financial clarity, strategic insight and practical support they need to scale with confidence.
