With a career that began in audit & corporate finance, Rob gained early experience across a wide range of financial disciplines. This foundation led to work with venture capital–backed start-ups, where he developed a passion for helping high-growth businesses scale.

At the age of 29, following an unexpected message from a former client, he stepped into the role of Finance Director at a medium-sized asbestos remediation company, overseeing multiple regional offices and more than 100 employees.

Drawing on over a decade of experience in accounting, finance, and technology, he founded lupto with a clear mission: to advise and support SMEs and start-ups on their growth journeys. His vision for lupto is simple, to become the go-to partner for businesses looking to grow, transform, and thrive.
